To ensure a smooth and successful e-commerce development process, I followed a strategic step-by-step approach focused on design, functionality, and user experience.
I began by understanding the client’s business model, property types, and target audience. Based on that, I created a detailed plan for the site layout and functionality.
Before development, I designed the UI in Figma — focusing on clean visuals, user-friendly navigation, and an easy property browsing experience.
I built the site using WordPress and customized every section with Elementor Pro, ensuring flexibility and a modern design. Dynamic content widgets were used for property listings and filters.
Customized the design and functionalities using Elementor Pro and required plugins to match the client’s brand and business goals.
Created a custom property listing system allowing the client to easily add, edit, and manage land or flat listings with images, prices, and location data.
Integrated Google Maps, contact/inquiry forms, and WhatsApp chat for real-time customer communication.
Implemented on-page SEO, schema markup, and caching techniques to ensure fast loading and higher visibility on search engines.
Performed responsive and functional testing across all devices and browsers, followed by a smooth launch.
The final result was a fully functional, modern, and high-converting real estate website that perfectly reflects the client’s brand and business goals.
